These patients feel backache and the pain going into the legs associated with numbnes. This pain increases on standing and walking and is called as neurogenic Claudication. Patient feel better on forward bending, sitting or lying down. It is commonly found in Chronic Slip Disc patients or Degenerated Spine of Old Age. MRI is essential to clinch the diagnosis patients may be treated with epidural injection medicine and physiotherapy, but if this fails then surgery, in form of decompression or decompression with spinal fusion is the Definetive treatment. This is now possible with the minimally invasive techniques, where patient can resume his routine work within a few days.
