Injections can also we used to block the various nerve, causing the pain, like medial branch block for facetal pain. selective nerve root block for are men leg pains. occipital nerve root and other blocks for various othter location of pains it even helps in posponing the disc surgery for long time. it is a miner procedure, can we done in opd or day care. sometimes c-arm image intensifier is required like for sacroiliac injection.
